A 5 start rating was maintained following an unannounced EHO inspection this week with the inspector commending the team on such high standards.
The inspector assessed how hygienically food is prepared, cooked, reheated, cooled and stored. Staff practices, knowledge and training. How the environment lends itself to food hygiene? i.e. Does the cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation etc. aid hygienic food handling. Can the policies and systems ensure that food safety will always be maintained.
Our team work so very hard to ensure the very best for our wonderful residents and this was commended in the inspection report!
