Windy spring time walk around the village this morning, we enjoyed looking at all the spring flowers and baby lambs.

Today we had our red nose day raffle It was a hit thank you to everyone who donated ,who has brought tickets and even visited in pjs today we made £75 now that is absolutely amazing
Today we were invited to one of our local schools for a tea party ,and they showed us around some of their wonderful school ,This school comes regularly to Manton Hall and visits us, They normally come and play some games in the lounge ,which is always a hit was nice to see and hear

A rainy day brightened up by a lent lunch in our local village hall home made soups all made by people who live in our village .
Residents and staff enjoyed our festive trip to Gates on Friday, with lots of shopping, food and fun had by all.
Time to hang the stockings and decorate the tree. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas , residents took to decorating our 9ft tree, complete with festive songs and mince pies!
Yummy, tasty treats were in store for Novembers Manton Hall bake off, such a great success. We would like to thank everyone that entered and baked amazing, yummy treats. Our panel of judges enjoyed them all but had to vote a winner. Bring on the next Christmas themed Manton Hall bake off.
Remember, remember the 5th of November. Apple bobbing, sticky treats and amazing low noise fire works were onjoyed by all.
